Born in Edmonton, AB; Constance moved to Saskatchewan in 1967. Constance has had the opportunity to work in many of Saskatchewan’s vibrant communities. Over the past 40 years, Constance has spent her time as a D8 Cat operator in Val Marie, as well as a secretary, librarian and remedial teacher at Val Marie School. She pursued her education and became a continuing care aide in Lanigan and a Licensed Practical Nurse at St. Paul’s and City Hospital in Saskatoon.

Never one to back down from a challenge, Constance attended RCMP depot in 2001 graduating as a constable with her daughter, Sterling, as the first mother daughter tandem to go through the rigorous training regimen together. Constance spent the next 13 years working in and around the communities of Cut Knife, Watrous and Swift Current where she retired from the force.

Since retirement, Constance makes her living as a rancher in the Watrous area. She and her husband have a commercial herd of 153 Black and Red Angus cows and 7 bulls.

Constance is a proud mother of 3 girls, 2 of whom are active members of the RCMP, and the other a Safety Consulting business owner in Medicine Hat, AB.

Constance is a proven worker who cares for her community and her province. She is looking forward to serving the people in the riding of Humboldt-Watrous as your next MLA.
